Maria Reglos

Maria Reglos is an internationally experienced Certified Public Accountant with over eight years’ experience across commercial banking, management accounting, internal audit, and vendor management. Her career spans a range of industries and organisations, including a multinational NGO, a medical institution, a major private domestic bank, and a medium-sized enterprise.

Before joining One Planet Migration Law, Maria held senior finance and audit roles with Santiago Medical City, the Bahá’í World Centre in Israel, and the Philippine National Bank. Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her strong analytical skills, commitment to sound financial governance, and ability to implement efficient systems and processes that support organisational growth.

As Finance Lead at One Planet Migration Law, Maria oversees the firm’s financial operations with diligence and integrity. She brings a strategic and values-driven approach to financial management, ensuring the firm’s sustainability while contributing to its mission of compassion and excellence in service.

Maria deeply shares One Planet’s values and belief in the oneness of humanity. Guided by this principle, she approaches her work with respect, fairness, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through ethical and inclusive practice.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University in the Philippines and continues to provide accounting, audit, and consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses through her public accounting practice.
