Tina Masrour Named a Finalist at the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2025

Tina founded One Planet Migration Law with a clear mission: to connect humanity, one visa at a time. For her, migration is more than a legal process, it is a means of building bridges between people, cultures, and building the connection that we desparately need as a community.
“Connecting humanity, one visa at a time is not just our tagline; it’s why I built One Planet,” Tina explains. “We are a for-profit firm, but profits fuel our purpose — they allow us to expand access and amplify impact.”
Her journey to this moment has been shaped by resilience and gratitude. As a woman, a working mother of small children, and the child of refugees from Iran, Tina’s path to leadership represents the breaking of barriers that once seemed insurmountable. In her mother country, she would have been denied access to higher education simply because of her Baha’i Faith.
“Recognition that a female leader, working mother of small children, and child of refugees — who would have otherwise been denied higher education — can powerfully lead with vision and purpose, make a true impact in the law, and contribute to social justice, means everything to me,” Tina shares.
